Shipping Info: Items are sent Royal Mail signature required in the UK, and international standard for Europe the U.S and the rest of the world, so won't be tracked. But, if you have a specific need/want to pay more to have it tracked, please contact and I'll help if I can - you might want to consider this if you live far away, or are lacking in faith in your local delivery service.
Return Policy: Physical copies of the cassettes are very precious to me, and I will protect them in every way I can to make sure they reach you safe, but if someone damages them in transit, I will be unable to replace them and bring you justice.
